Photos and Videos

We understand that capturing special moments of your child's swimming lesson on camera or video can be important, however, the privacy of others must be respected first.

All requests must be approved by the Aquatic Centre Manager?Supervisor in Charge prior and is conditional upon the following:

  • You may only photograph or film your own child, or other persons who or whose parents or carers have consented to being photographed or filmed;

  • If you photograph or film a person (other than your own child) without their consent, then you must delete that photo or footage unless you are able to obtain the consent of that other person or their parent or guardian (if applicable);

  • You may not use cameras or mobile phones in change rooms, toilet or shower areas;

  • You may not post online or otherwise share or distribute any photos or video that you have taken in breach of these conditions;

  • You agree to comply with any request by PLC Aquatic staff to discontinue use of your camera or mobile phone, and to inspect that device and delete ay photos or footage taken in breach of these conditions.

Refund/Cancellation/Transfer Policy

  • refunds/cancellations will incur an administration, fee per child, unless a medical certificate is provided except for holiday programs

  • No refunds for Holiday Programs will occur unless a medical certificate is provided

  • Transfers will be treated on a case by case basis

  • PLC Aquatic are an Australian company.

  • All prices are displayed on application, in Australian dollar (AU $)

  • PLC Aquatic uses Thinksmart (SwimBiz) Software Pty, Ltd to store and use your personal details within the software. View www.thinksmartsoftware.com for policy information.

  • ThinkSmart Software Pty Ltd does not share or sell customer information with any other sources.

  • Payment details and cardholder account details will not be stored by PLC or Thinksmart Software and uses NabTransact as a payment gateway.
